Damaged goods upon
delivery
If your purchased item is damaged upon
delivery, please notify us at return@acesalesdirect.com
within three (03) days of delivery, with
your order number and description of the
condition of the damaged good, to obtain an
authorization code for return.
If authorized, a replacement for the damaged
item will be shipped to you as soon as we
can find an exact or most similar
replacement (certain items are hand made and
impossible to have precise replacement). If
the damaged item is irreplaceable, we will
refund the amount of damaged goods up to a
value of USD120. Thereafter, further reports
on replacement shipment will not be
entertained. Both parties will have to
bear their own shipping costs and other
expenses incurred.
Any unauthorized return will be disregarded
and will not be entertained.
